A: Yes, under certain conditions. If you return your V-Copter Falcon Mini in accordance with our return policy, you can apply to cancel V-CopterCare as well. If your device is not returned, you may still cancel V-CopterCare within 15 days of activation, provided that no service has been used.

A: After purchase, you’ll receive an activation code. You can activate V-CopterCare through the V-Copter App while setting up your Falcon Mini, or directly on this page. Please note: You’ll need to bind your device’s serial number (SN) to complete the activation.

A:You are eligible for up to 2 Low-Cost Replacements in total. These can be used for Damage (up to 2 times), Flyaway (up to 2 times), or a combination of both, as long as the total does not exceed 2 replacements.

A: Yes — all replacement devices are either brand-new or officially certified like-new units that meet the same performance and reliability standards as a new product.

A: No, but V-CopterCare users can get a replacement at a discounted price. There are two replacement types: Damage Replacement – return your damaged device and get a replacement at a reduced cost. Flyaway Replacement – if your device is lost, you can still get a discounted replacement without sending in the original unit. For detailed pricing, please refer to link .

A: No. V-CopterCare can only be purchased and activated once per device, and cannot be renewed once the service benefits are used up.

A: To apply for the Flyaway Replacement service, you must: Ensure your device is bound to your V-CopterCare account in the V-Copter app. Contact support@vcopter.com and submit a Flyaway Report. After the report, your device will be restricted, and upon payment, ownership will transfer to Zero Zero.
