A: VCOPTERCare gives you peace of mind with full protection for your VCOPTER Falcon Mini. Coverage starts from the day you activate it. You'll enjoy benefits like discounted damage replacements, priority support from a dedicated service expert, and coverage that stays valid throughout your selected plan period.

Q: Can I cancel VCOPTERCare?

A: Yes, under certain conditions. If you return your VCOPTER Falcon Mini in accordance with our return policy, you can apply to cancel VCOPTERCare as well. If your device is not returned, you may still cancel VCOPTERCare within 15 days of activation, provided that no service has been used.

Q: When does VCOPTERCare become active?

A: After purchase, you’ll receive an activation code. You can activate VCOPTERCare through the VCOPTER App while setting up your Falcon Mini, or directly on this page. Please note: You’ll need to bind your device’s serial number (SN) to complete the activation.

Q: Are VCOPTERCare services available globally?

A: Currently, VCOPTERCare plans are available in the U.S. and EU. We’re working to expand to more regions soon — please stay tuned to our official updates or contact customer support for the latest information.

A: VCOPTERCare does not cover:

・Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party accessories.

・Losses due to natural disasters, war, nuclear incidents, or illegal activities.

・Theft or lost components of the device.

Q: What is included in the Replacement Service?

A: Replacement Services cover the main components of your VCOPTER Falcon Mini that are damaged during normal use or due to accidents. Components include the aircraft, gimbal module, propellers, prop guards, and battery. Additional batteries are not covered.

Q: How many times can I use Low-Cost Replacements for Damage and Flyaway under VCOPTERCare?

A:You are eligible for up to 2 Low-Cost Replacements in total. These can be used for Damage (up to 2 times), Flyaway (up to 2 times), or a combination of both, as long as the total does not exceed 2 replacements.

Q: Is the replacement I get from VCOPTERCare brand-new?

A: Yes — all replacement devices are either brand-new or officially certified like-new units that meet the same performance and reliability standards as a new product.

Q: Is the replacement under VCOPTERCare free of charge?

A: No, but VCOPTERCare users can get a replacement at a discounted price. There are two replacement types: Damage Replacement – return your damaged device and get a replacement at a reduced cost. Flyaway Replacement – if your device is lost, you can still get a discounted replacement without sending in the original unit. For detailed pricing, please refer to link .

Q: How can I find the new replacement fees? Are there any discounts?

A: Yes — as part of the latest upgrade, replacement fees are now discounted for VCOPTERCare users. You can check the updated pricing in the replacement fee table here.

Q: Can I renew VCOPTERCare after the service times are used up?

A: No. VCOPTERCare can only be purchased and activated once per device, and cannot be renewed once the service benefits are used up.

Q: How do I apply for the Flyaway Replacement service?

A: To apply for the Flyaway Replacement service, you must: Ensure your device is bound to your VCOPTERCare account in the VCOPTER app. Contact support@vcopter.com and submit a Flyaway Report. After the report, your device will be restricted, and upon payment, ownership will transfer to Zero Zero.
